"Elevator installation" is included in the State Council Government Work Report for the third time

At 9 a.m. on May 22, 2020, the Third Session of the 13th National People's Congress opened in the Great Hall of the People. Premier Li Keqiang made the "Government Work Report" on behalf of the State Council.

In the fifth part of the "Government Work Report" "Implementing the strategy of expanding domestic demand and accelerating the transformation of economic development", it is clearly stated that "strengthening the construction of new urbanization, and vigorously improving the public facilities and service capabilities of the county to adapt to the increasing employment of farmers in the county Relocation needs. Newly started to renovate 39,000 old communities in cities and towns, support the installation of elevators, and develop diverse community services such as dining and cleaning."

In 2018, "addition of elevators" was first written into the "Government Work Report". The wording at the time was: "Orderly promote the renovation of'urban villages' and old communities, improve supporting facilities, and encourage conditional installation of elevators."

In 2019, "addition of elevators" was again written into the "Government Work Report", and the wording changed from "encouraging conditional installation of elevators" in 2018 to "supporting installation of elevators".

In 2020, "addition of elevators" will be written into the "Government Work Report" for the third time. It is still ""foreseeable. In 2020, the national and local governments will surely introduce more specific policies to "support the installation of elevators". The people's livelihood project "installing elevators" has been promoted better and faster!
