General elevator door size, width and height

1. The inclination angle of the elevator during operation needs to be less than 15°, and the size and structure of the elevator door need special consideration and design, so that the goods can be transported conveniently; and the size of the elevator door is generally based on the acceptable The weight is determined.

2. The width of the elevator door can be widened and heightened according to requirements. The general door size is 800, 900, 1000, 1100, 1200, 1400, etc.; the height of the elevator door is generally 2000mm, 2100mm, 2200mm, 2400mm, 2800mm, etc., But the specific height needs to be determined according to the car. 

The minimum size and load capacity of the villa elevator

1. Elevators with different loads have different technical specifications. For example, for villa elevators with a load of 300kg-400kg, its speed is limited to 0.15m/s-0.25m/s, and the height travel is 12 meters; the size of the car is wide 900mm×depth 1200mm; the size of the hoistway is 1500mm wide×1500mm deep (automatic door design), 1300mm wide×1200mm deep (hand-drawn door design); the limit of the pit is 100-300mm; voltage single standard phase 220V, 50hz ; The driving requirement is VVVF drive 2.2KW drive.

2. Villa elevators are mainly machine-roomless and hydraulic. The main load capacities are: 200KG, 225KG, 230KG, 250KG, 280KG, 320KG, 400KG, 450KG. But the choice of the load capacity of the villa elevator should look at the size of the villa built or purchased, then the number of households, and finally the purpose of the elevator and the grade of the villa.
