Specific explanation of the civil engineering skill request of the freight elevator

1. The elevator civil construction should meet the requirements of the elevator working environment as follows:

(1) The air temperature in the computer room should be kept at 5--40℃;

(2) The relative humidity of the environment is not more than 85% (at 25℃);

(3) There is no risk of explosion in the medium, and there is no gas and conductive dust that can corrode metal and damage insulation;

(4) The supply voltage fluctuation should be within ±7%.

2. Computer Room

(1) The floor of the computer room should be able to accept a pressure of 6865Pa per square meter.

(2) Non-slip materials should be used on the floor of the machine room.

(3) If the load-bearing beam of the traction machine needs to be buried in the load-bearing wall, the supporting length should exceed the wall thickness base by 20mm, and should not be less than 75mm.

(4) The floor of the computer room should be flat and the doors and windows should be weatherproof. The entrance stairs or ladders of the computer room should be provided with handrails, and the road leading to the computer room should be dredged. The door of the computer room should be locked, and the outside of the door should be provided with instructions containing the following abbreviated words " Elevator traction machine-risk, stop entry without permission."

(5) The gap between the steel wire rope and the floor hole in the machine room should be 20-40mm on each side, and a step with a height of 50mm or more and an appropriate width should be built near the hole leading to the hoistway.

(6) When the ground of the machine room contains several different heights and the difference is greater than 0.5m, stairs or steps and guardrails should be installed.

(7) When there are any pits or pits with a concentration greater than 0.5m and a width less than 0.5m on the ground of the machine room, they should be covered.

(8) When the function of the building is requested, (such as residence, hotel, hospital, campus, library, etc.), the walls, floor and roof of the computer room should be able to absorb the noise generated by the elevator during operation.

(9) The computer room must be ventilated. Some stale air drawn from other buildings must not be discharged into the computer room.

(10) The load-bearing beam and hook should be marked with a larger allowable load.

(11) Each elevator in the machine room should be equipped with a power switch to block the elevator, its capacity can block the large current under normal use of the elevator, but the switch should not block the following power supply circuits:

a. Car lighting or ventilation;

b. Power socket on car top;

c. Lighting of the computer room and sound insulation layer;

d. Power sockets in the computer room;

e. Elevator shaft lighting;

f. Alarm device.
