1. Vibration caused by elevator car or counterweight guide rail. If the main and auxiliary guide rails of the elevator are not vertical or used for a long time during installation, the rail surface will be worn out and deformed and the guide rail joints will be misaligned. Such long-term operation can cause the car to jitter and noise.
2. Loose guide rail brackets or loose rail pressing screws will cause the guide rails to intensify wear during the operation of the elevator, and the requirements will not meet the standards, resulting in the phenomenon of elevator shaking.
3. The track gauge has a large error between the upper and lower parts of the whole journey. When the standard requirements are not met, the horizontal shaking of the elevator will increase during operation.
4. If the fixing bolts of the traction machine are loose or the damping ring falls off, the fixing bolts will be loosened, so that the elevator will move during operation, which will cause the car to shake; one damping rubber ring falls off, and the three rubber rings are in the same The main machine is supported on the plane, and under the action of the traction force of the traction machine, the elevator will produce periodic jitter.
5. Improper adjustment of the slide guide gap, improper adjustment of the parallelism of the slide guide, and too large or too small expansion and contraction of the slide guide will cause elevator jitter.
6. The compensation chain and the compensation rope are incorrectly mounted on the counterweight frame or stretched too long, and other parts in the hoistway will be scratched, which will cause jitter and abnormal noise.
7. When the bearing on the car top reverse sheave or counterweight reverse sheave is worn out, the elevator will feel like a meal when running at high speed.
8. When the elevator is running at high speed, the car has to bear a lot of force. If a part of the car frame or car wall is not fastened properly, the part will easily produce relative displacement, which will cause elevator vibration.
9. Poor stacking of parts will cause the counterweight frame to be twisted and deformed. If it is installed directly without correction, it will cause elevator jitter or abnormal noise.
10. The dynamic and static balance of the elevator car is not well done. Static balance is to stop the elevator at the bottom floor, remove the guide shoe on the bottom of the car, and see if the car is tilted; dynamic balance means that when the elevator is running, the guide shoe is pressed against the guide rail surface, and there will be jitter or vibration during operation. sense. When the balance coefficient is different, it will also cause the elevator to feel bad or jitter during operation.
