Freight elevator

Freight elevators are mainly designed to transport goods, and usually people are accompanied by the elevator. The car of a freight elevator is long and narrow. It is vertically powered by a motor and is equipped with a box-shaped pod. Fixed lifting equipment serving the specified floors. It has a car that runs between at least two rows of vertical rigid guide rails.

Repair and maintenance

1. The quality warranty period of the elevator manufacturer for the newly installed elevator (usually 1-2 years).

2. The daily maintenance of elevators should be carried out by a professional team (certified by the State Administration of Quality Supervision).

3. Maintenance shall be carried out in accordance with "Special Equipment Safety Supervision Regulations", "Elevator Supervision and Inspection Regulations", "Elevator Maintenance Rules" (GB18775) and relevant national standards, industry standards and local standards.

4. Maintenance should be carried out on a regular basis and scheduled by personnel. It is divided into half-month warranty, monthly warranty and annual maintenance. Various types of maintenance have different contents, but they must all be done, and there must be detailed records and the signature and approval of both parties.

5. Once the elevator breaks down, the maintenance unit must arrive at the site within the specified time (the specific time is different, and Beijing's regulations are to arrive within 30 minutes).

engine room

1. The computer room should be managed by maintenance and repair personnel. Other non-professional personnel are not allowed to enter at will. The computer room should be locked and marked with the words "The computer room is heavily located and idlers are not allowed".

2. The machine room must ensure that there is no possibility of rain and snow intrusion, good ventilation and heat preservation, and dehumidification should be kept dry, free of dust, smoke, and corrosive gases. Except tools and equipment necessary for inspection and maintenance, there should be no other items.

3. A fire extinguisher capable of extinguishing electrical fires should be installed in the machine room.

4. When the elevator is not used for a long time, the main power switch of the machine room should be turned off.

5. In the hoistway, except for the specified elevator equipment, it is not allowed to store sundries, and to lay water pipe-type gas pipes.

6. The shaft should be kept clean and free from tower ash and dust.

7. The guide rails and door slides should be kept clean, and the oil tanks should ensure the proper oil level.

8. Shaft lighting, car top lighting, and pit lighting should ensure sufficient illumination, and replace damaged bulbs and switches in time.

9. The pit should be convenient to go up and down, free from debris and water, and should be cleaned up frequently and kept clean.
